Booking and Payment
- Reservation
- All bookings are subject to availability. Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit.
- Deposit and Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of [X]% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid [Y] days before the departure date. If the booking is made within [Y] days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation by Client
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
- More than 30 days before departure: 10% of the total tour cost.
- 10 days to 30 days before departure: 20% of the total tour cost.
- Less than 10 days before departure: 30% of the total tour cost.

- We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances or if the minimum number of participants is not met. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another trip.
Travel Insurance
- Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all clients. It should cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and personal belongings.
Health and Fitness
- Participants must be in good health and physical condition. It is your responsibility to obtain appropriate medical advice and ensure you are fit for the trip. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant at any time during the trip if we believe their continued participation poses a risk to their health or safety.
Itinerary Changes
- Due to the nature of adventure travel, itineraries are subject to change. Factors such as weather, road conditions, and local political situations can lead to changes. We will make every effort to minimize alterations and will inform you as soon as possible.
Liability and Responsibility
- Assumption of Risk
- Adventure travel involves inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to injury, illness, and death. By booking a trip, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at your own risk.
- Limitation of Liability
- 8848 Nepal, its employees, and agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total cost of the trip.
- Force Majeure
- We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, or government restrictions.
Travel Documents
- It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport, necessary visas, and any other required travel documents. We are not responsible for any issues, including denied entry, due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly towards fellow travelers, guides, and local communities. We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves inappropriately or endangers the safety of others.
Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
